Job Description

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Business. Your role will involve coordinating paperwork, managing schedules, and liaising with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation and records.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in the construction, demolition or waste industry.
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

Working Pattern: 16 hours per week which will be either 2 x 6hr days (9am to 3pm) and 1 x 4hr day (10am to 2pm) OR 4 x 4hr days (10am to 2pm).
