Contaminated Soil
What is in the soil decides how it is treated, so the method follows the testing rather than the other way round.
Our own site teams carry out the removal, with the material consigned and documented from the moment it leaves the ground.
Excavated in controlled stages, with the material segregated by contaminant as it comes out.
Transported to our own facility, or a licensed disposal site, whichever suits the material.
Reclaimed material reused on site after treatment, which cuts both the disposal cost and the number of loads leaving.
How It Works
We identify the waste, classify it against the List of Waste codes, and plan the removal around what it actually is.
Where the waste is unidentified, we bring in a specialist to sample and test it before any work begins.
Our own team removes the material, segregated by waste type as it comes out, with each stream kept separate.
Sealed, labelled and transported by our own registered waste carrier vehicles to a licensed facility.
A consignment note raised for every load, with your copies returned and records kept for three years.
THE COMPLIANCE SIDE
We work to the Hazardous Waste Regulations and the Control of Asbestos Regulations, and every load is classified, consigned and tracked to a permitted facility.
You get the classification, the consignment notes and the disposal records, which is what keeps you compliant as the producer.

The yard is open from 6:30am Monday to Friday, so a lorry can be on site before you open.
