About This Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced 12 Tonne Sweeper Driver to join our team, operating from FCC Environment in Maidenhead. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
The role involves maintaining cleanliness across site roads, yards and operational areas to ensure a safe, compliant working environment. You’ll operate the sweeper efficiently within a busy site, support daily operations and help maintain high environmental and health and safety standards.

What You Will Do
- Operate a 12T road sweeper safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of roads, yards and designated operational areas
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
- Complete relevant paperwork accurately
- Liaise with site management and staff as required
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and safety
Skills & Experience
Licences & Certifications
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- NPORS certification desired
Experience & Approach
- Previous road sweeper experience preferred, training can be provided for the right candidate
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
