About This Role
As a Demolition Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate demolition activities on various sites, ensuring all operations are carried out safely, efficiently and fully in compliance with regulatory standards throughout.
You’ll play a crucial role in managing teams, maintaining schedules and liaising with clients and stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of real demolition projects across Berkshire, keeping sites safe and on track from start to finish.

As Demolition Supervisor, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role within a genuinely established, family-owned and managed, not just another contractor. You’ll be trusted to run sites safely and professionally, representing a business with real standing across Berkshire’s construction industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of demolition workers on site
- Ensure all demolition work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement demolition plans and schedules
- Carry out site inspections and risk assessments
- Liaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of demolition equipment
- Address any issues or problems that arise on site promptly and effectively
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday; 7am to 5pm
Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Licences
- Valid CSCS card
- CCDO Gold Card, SMSTS/SSSTS certification and Asbestos Awareness training are highly desirable
- A valid UK driving licence
Experience & Approach
- Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor or in a similar construction role
- In-depth knowledge of demolition processes, techniques and equipment
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practice
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
