Why Choose Us
Whether it's a single skip or a full renovation clearance, here's what you get with every order, wherever you're based.
Fifty-seven years of experience, still run by the same family, with one accountable team from order to collection, not a franchise or a third party.
Every skip is delivered and collected by our own drivers, not a hired-in third party, on our own vehicles, every time.
Almost everything in your skip gets recycled at our own Materials Recycling Facility, not sent straight to landfill, verified at 98.06%.
One clear price for your skip, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Hurst's oldest buildings stand around St Nicholas' church on an almost isolated hill near the centre of the parish: the church's brick tower went up in 1612, and William Barker founded the almshouses on Church Hill in 1664. The parish's landscape changed far more recently. In the 1960s and 70s gravel was dug out of farmland at Dinton, much of it used for the M4 and the A329(M), and the workings left behind the lakes of Dinton Pastures Country Park, opened to the public in 1979.
A parish with buildings this old, and land reshaped this recently, still sees plenty of renovation and clearance, from the old houses around the church to the homes of Whistley Green. We deliver skips across Hurst, RG10, and recycle what we collect at our own facility in Reading.
